General Terms - Terms of Cancellation

We want you to enjoy the experience with us. Please familiarise yourself with these terms to ensure you're ready for the tour.

Introduction

  • These terms have been updated 9th Aug, 2024.
  • Saarinen Tours reserve the right to edit the terms.
  • By making a reservation you agree to these terms as they are in the time of booking.

Public Tours

  • Full refund if cancelled by the participant 48 hrs prior to departure.
  • Saarinen Tours reserve the right to cancel the tour 48 hrs prior to departure in case of compelling reasons (ie. illness, extreme weather conditions or under 4 participants). Full refund if tour is cancelled by Saarinen Tours.

Private, Bespoke Tours

  • Terms of payment and cancellation to be agreed upon separately.

NB

  • Participation in the tours entirely at the participant's own risk. We strongly recommend valid and sufficient travel insurance.
